Would I Let My Son Play Football Analysis

After reading the article “Would I Let My Son Play Football?” by Scott Fujita, I would definitely let my child play the sport ,despite the fact that the sport has many negative side effects. What is really hypocritical to me is when Scott states “No.” (Fujita 2), when he was asked if he would let his son play football. I disagree with what he said because he played football his whole life. How is it possible that he loves the sport, but would not allow his child to play? One quote I do agree with is when he said “..now I actually get paid to talk about football on television. Imagine the hypocrisy”(Fujita 4).
