Who is this guide for?
For use by applicants applying for residence class visa under the: •Residence From Work Category •Family categories •Pacific Access Category •Samoan Quota Scheme, or •Special Residence categories. If you want to submit an Expression of Interest under the Skilled Migrant Category, you can either complete and submit an Expression of Interest form online at www.immigration. govt.nz or you can fill in a paper form (available from an Immigration New Zealand (INZ) office or our website). If you want to apply for residence under the Migrant Investment Instructions, see our Investor Plus (Investor 1 Category) Guide (INZ 1162), or Investor (Investor 2 Category) Guide (INZ 1164). If you want to apply for residence under the Entrepreneur or Employee of a Relocating Business categories, see our Entrepreneur/ERB Guide (INZ 1057).
