Opening a famous traditional Beijing restaurant Quanjude in Singapore Orchard road within 6 months at no more than $1,000,000 SGD.

Begin date 1/5/2014 date: End date date:1/11/2014 Context:
I have a friend, and he wants to open an restaurant in Singapore, but he does not live in
Singapore. Then, he finds us and hope that we can make a project for him to help him operate the restaurant. So it make us start this project. The project is the Quanjude Roast Duck restaurant could start on time, attract many customers, and my friend can get more profit from his restaurant. Ensure that the restaurant may provide high quality of Roast Duck and famous traditional Chinese food. For the restaurant, we will provide a traditional Chinese style in environment. The customers can enjoy the delicious food, and understand Chinese culture from the environment.
Deliverable and criteria for close-out:
Enough big location for restaurant, about 400 square meters
The restaurant can hold almost 80 people.
Location with good sunlight, restaurant can switch off lights to save electricity in daytime.
Chinese style design(e.g.: Chinese wooden chair and tables; Chinese classic tableware, traditional Chinese painting and couplets hang on wall; waiters are dressed in costume)
Baby chairs
Free wifi
Several small compartments for people who want quiet environment.
Fundamental equipments for restaurant operation(e.g: meal list and cash machine)
Enough kitchens includes equipments for cooking Chinese ,and kitchen is open to customers

Big refrigerated storage should be equipped
The most important are three traditional ovens which to roast the ducks.
1 shop manager;3 senior staff;2 cashiers;10 kitchen staff; 20 waiter or waitress.
