|Post Title: Senior Human Resources Manager |
|Reporting to: Director of Human Resources |
|Directly Supervising: Assistant Human Resources Manager, Officers and Assistants |
|Basic Purpose: Manage human resource activities including the supervision of human resources staff in accordance with the HR|
|strategy and work plan, aligned with the Programme Management Plan as well as the goals and strategic needs of the |
|organization. |
|Duties and Responsibility: |
|Partner with the VP of Human Resources and the Department Heads of different business operations to role out the group HR |
|policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and standardization to tie the operations of the individual business together.|
| |
|Manage the headcount planning and budgeting, selection/recruitment, compensation and benefit, performance appraisal |
|management, staff engagement and retention. |
|Proactively propose and drive the agreed strategies and deliver organizational performance and productivity. |
|Person Specification: |
|Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management, Journalism or Communications |
|Minimum 10 years' relevant working
