Company Profile
Paramount Avenues is a company amongst first of its kind to health services Chief positions at PA:
Mr. Tanveer Bhagat, the Managing Director of PA is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT, Mumbai. He has 20 years of work experience in strategic leadership position with large Indian & multinational companies. Tanveer who owns this company, is a person of great caliber, he knows how a business is run. A well intentioned and an authoritative person, Tanveer comes across as a person in this company who is respected and at the same time feared by all due to his rough style of dealing with people.
Dr. Rajiv Pandit, the executive chairman of the company, is aneuro surgeon. He is one of the key people who conceived the idea of starting thePA. Although a well-established name in the industry, Rajiv is a down to earth personality. He is always accessible by all the staff. His style of conversation is direct and to the point.
Ms. Sucheta More who is a CA by profession also serves the role of Company’s CFO. She is a reserved person and likes to keep things to herself. She is intelligent and looks well after company’s interest.
Mr. Sanjay Mahadeo, the COO of the company is a qualified engineer from JNU and a post graduate from US. Being at a superior position for a very long time, Sanjay has developed a superiority complex and needs the work to be done in his own way. Very uncomfortable with delegation of the authority to his subordinates, Sanjay comes across as an autocratic and an individualistic person.
Departments at PA:
Operations – The operations department is headed by Mr. AshutoshRane who has done his MBA in Hospital Management from IHMR, Jaipur. After 3 years of working with a hospital in Mumbai, he was offered a job at PA. Ashutosh is one of the members who have been with PA since the very beginning of the company.

Ashutosh’s place stands irreplaceable to this date as he knows everything about the heart
