How We Die Analysis
In the book, How we die, the author narrates the way of how human life works. There are people dying day and night in different ways, it is the way how human life works and it will be this way all the time, in other words, life has an end. The author of this book makes his point of view about death a “ Hidden secret” and he wishes to prevent human death but he is very realistic about it. The author has strongly believed that it is incorrect in engaging in medical intervention when there is a person, patient dying because he believes people die naturally of old age, and that is the way that should be. The author believes whichever is the reasons in which old people die from, cell bodies will become decomposed and eventually disappeared …show more content…
Moreover, I feel I need to be more aware of patient’s own emotional responses as well being able to understand them. In addition, I chose the health care field because it is important to me the safeguarding of the human health of those people that are in our care. It is important to focus on seeing our patients and their family as people and not as just patients. Technical proficiency is necessary for curing the body, which can be necessary for the comprehensive healing process. It is important to have a therapeutic relationship because it will help to alleviate patient’s pain, suffering and help them to …show more content…
Customer service is the interaction between the seller and the customer or the person that buys good from the organization. This interaction has a two elements of communication, verbal and nonverbal communication, and these communications focus on getting a good customer satisfaction.

The problem solution authority giving to the lower rank employees will help to have a better developed effective service culture. In addition, empowerment to employees will help to make them feel trusted, better respected and feel part of an integral part of the organization. Management will provide effective ongoing coaching, counseling and training to help employees to develop a positive service

    Death is a dreaded word. It is a word that many people would not want to talk about. Death is considered a morbid word and many would not find this as an engaging topic. Even though dying is a natural part of existence, American culture is unique in the extent to which death is viewed as a taboo topic. There are also people that have negative connotations about death, rendering life even meaningless because of it.
