Miami police Officer Jose Rivera tells news that surveillance footage reveals at least three bicyclists riding pass the two men and never stopping. Officials at Jackson Memorial Hospital would not confirm their efforts to save Poppo’s life. But at 65 years old, Poppo has been homeless for more than three decades. The surveillance footage also reveals that Eugene was unclothed far before he encountered Poppo. The video shows Eugene first walking unclothed on the Biscayne Boulevard off-ramp. Thoughts surrounding the JFK assassination are interesting and controversial. Conventional wisdom dictates that a single shooter, Lee Harvey Oswald, shot and killed President Kennedy in Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963. However, there is evidence to support that there were multiple shooters and Lee Harvey Oswald was not in the position to shoot the bullets everyone said he did, and many people truly believe that to be so. It is simple to dismiss such conspiracy theory as imaginative fiction, but many people have done research to prove that the single shooter did not kill President Kennedy alone. I believe that someone with more power than Oswald carried out this assassination and framed Oswald, and will use research to support this claim.…

I noticed the dissatisfactions of the reporting party. I searched for causes by asking the reporting party and bystanders for information in regards to how this individual ended up in the middle of the street and if anyone knew the individual. Getting that information would allow me to further know what exactly happened to the individual including obtaining medical history pertinent to the individual. I was sensitive to implications as soon as I saw that the bystanders were related to the individual. As my crew began to work on the individual I noticed many issues and problems that were producing controversy. The scene itself didn’t make scene from the patient location to injuries that we assessed as we provided patient…
