Linear vibrating screen with the motor as the vibration source tosses the materials and makes the material move forward in a straight line. Linear vibrating screen belongs to high-efficient new type screening equipment, ans be widely used in mining, coal, metallurgy, building materials, refractory materials, light industry and chemical industry. Its advantages are stable structure, low consumption, low noise, long service life and high efficiency. Linear vibrating screen can also select and classify powder and particle materials, widely used in plastics, abrasives, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, building materials, food, carbon, fertilizer and other industries. In general linear vibrating screen is rest on horizontal ground and the vibration direction angle is 45°, under this circumstance the performance parameters of sieve machines are justice configuration, the machine will have high operation speed, high capacity and high screening efficiency. However the linear vibrating screen can also be placed on an angle, usually 5°or 10°according to the requirements of individual process and the special needs. Linear vibrating screen is mainly used for fine material grading and dehydration deliming. So the too large angle may result in poor screen efficiency. Our company mainly products and sells two types of linear vibrating screen, ZKB type linear vibrating screen and DZSF type linear vibrating screen. This series motor can continuous output rated exciting force when it meets the following conditions. 1, the vibration acceleration: no more than 7g (g: acceleration due to gravity) 2, ambient temperature: not exceed 40℃

3, altitude: not exceed 1000m
4, power frequency: 50Hz
5, voltage: 380V
