How To Make Chocolate Chip Cookies

Have you ever wanted to make some really delicious and perfectly baked chocolate chip cookies but didn't know how to? Well, it's not as hard as you think it is. There's just a few simple steps that you should follow and your cookies will end up tasting amazing and everyone will want to have the “secret” recipe.

The first step that you must do is preheat the oven to three-hundred seventy five degrees, depending on how your oven bakes you may need to vary the temperature so that you do not under cook or over cook your cookies. What you will need is: 2 eggs

2 ¼ cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup softened butter
¾ cup packed brown sugar
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 – 2 cups chocolate chips

You will want to make sure to put in the sugar and butter first because when you mix the two together the sugar helps break down the butter. After you have mixed the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract you need to add the dry ingredients, the ones that you mixed in the beginning. To make the process shorter and easier you will probably want to use an electrical mixer.

Now that all of the ingredients have been mixed together evenly you will want to add the chocolate chips. This is the part that you can change up if you want and it all...
