How Is Odysseus An Admirable

Many cultures around the world have their own myths, beliefs, and stories. One of the more notable civilizations known for this was the land of Ancient Greece. Though the Greeks have countless amounts of action-packed tales, “The Odyssey” told by Homer is an epic poem which shows the struggles of the hero returning home from the violent Trojan War. Most Greek heroes were shown to be righteous, pure, and gave the effect that they could do nothing wrong. In this epic, Odysseus is portrayed as more of a human in comparison to other Greek heroes due to the fact that he does many good and bad things throughout his journey home. Although Odysseus performs many questionable actions, he is an admirable character.
