How Did Lady Macbeth and Macbeths Relationship Change Throughout the Play? and If It Changed How Did It Change and Why?

Macbeth's and Lady Macbeth's relationship changes throughout the course of the play. In the beginning we see Lady Macbeth playing the more superior, more dominating role of the two. As the play progresses and Duncan is killed, Macbeth seems to become the more superior one and makes this own decisions. Furthermore, when lady Macbeth dies Macbeth doesn’t really seem to care. This is the basically how their relationship changes throughout the play Lady Macbeth plays the more superior role at first because she put together the plans and all Macbeth has to do is obey her commands. She was a woman, who is persuasive and intelligent She the cause of Duncan’s death, Macbeth on the other hand just follows her command to prove his manhood but is really unsure if he’s doing the right thing. We discover that the man, who is praised so highly by the King and the public, is actually weak and submissive man. After the murder is committed, Macbeth and Lady Macbeth begin to almost switch places. Macbeth keeps secrets from Lady Macbeth, such as Banquo's death. Lady Macbeth becomes the one who is unstable and unsure, to the point where she goes insane because she cannot handle what she has done. Macbeth becomes harsh and evil, confidently deciding to kill whoever might threaten his time on the throne. However, towards the end of the play, Lady Macbeth takes responsibility for the murders of Duncan, Banquo and Macduff's wife and children and goes crazy. She discovers that nothing that she does could rid her off her guilt. She now takes up the role of the weak partner in the relationship, who is unsure of herself and very frightened of the future. This leads her to her death. Macbeth, on the other hand, now makes all his decisions by himself and does not really pay too much attention to the death of his wife. He gains false confidence from the witches second predictions, as he becomes 'insane' and goes out of control. In conclusion, I believe there relationship has changed through...
