How Did John Benet Ramsey Murder
Jonbenet Ramsey was killed in the basement of her own home. Investigators have come to the conclusion that Jon Benet was killed by a hit to the head by a flashlight. By inexperienced detectives her death was filed that she was strangled to death. The murder was disguised as if a different crime had been committed. The killer disguised it as if someone came in and tied her up and then decided to cover it up. investigators realized it was all a cover up to the actual way Jon Benet was killed. The crime was committed by someone inside the home. But because of investigators relying too much on DNA, there is no evidence that necessarily points to patsy, John, nor Burke.

In my opinion, I don't believe that the murder had anything to do with opportunity. I think the whole thing was an accident. Based on the information I've read the whole thing went farther than it was supposed to, and it had to be covered up. The killer had a good alibi with the Christmas party going on so that they could have that to prove they weren't able to do the killing. The call patsy made to 911 makes it seem like she was a “concerned mother” about the missing of her child. The ransom note was a good enough cover

Though I don't believe that it was on purpose, patsy liked control over jon Benet. I've read that patsy would band and smash Jon Benet head against their bathroom sink or counter when she didn't do what patsy had asked. I'm thinking that Jon Benet must have misbehaved at the party, so patsy wanted to talk to her and she hit her with the flashlight, and wasn't aware that the smallest forced to the skull could kill her. But even in the end patsy still gained control. Patsy was basically trying to turn Jon Benet into herself. When someone would ask about Jon benet’s prizes, Jon Benet would say they mean more to patsy than too her. So if there is a motive it would be to have complete control. Patsy was obviously a control

Although John Mark Karr falsely admitted to the murder of Jon Benet in 2006, the case is still unsolved. Recently on January 28, 2013, the Grand Jury has reason to believe that John Ramsey, since Patsy died in 2006 from cancer, should be indicted for the death of Jon Benet. They believe with new technology that they will be able to use the evidence already gathered to charge him with child abuse resulting in death. The FBI states that “54.3 percent of murder victims were killed by someone they knew (acquaintance, neighbor, friend, boyfriend, etc.), and 24.8 percent were killed by a family member.” The evidence shows that this is logically the case in the Verbermockle murder mystery. After allegedly finding Mrs. Verbermockle’s husband unconscious on the bathroom floor, Mrs. Verbermockle calls her family doctor. Mrs. Verbermockle claimed that he must have slipped on a bar of soap, and she did not touch him. When the doctor arrived, he announced Mr. Verbermockle dead from a fracture to the rear of the skull caused from blunt force. However, if the FBI statistics are correct, then it is likely that Mrs. Verbermockle is the killer. Although…

The death of JonBenet Ramsey has been a mystery for so long. It is so weird that this little girl was found dead in the basement of their home and no one heard or saw a thing. Records say that JonBenet had a fractured skull, been molested and had been strangled with a chord. According to biography.com, the only evidence found was a ransom letter requesting $118,000 in which was written on some paper belonging to the Ramseys and the duct tape which had fibers from her mother’s clothing. When her body was found, the father should have not moved her. I do not understand why he would take her from the basement back upstairs after finding her; it just did not make any sense (biography.com).…
