Bill Clinton Bill Clinton was born August 19th, 1946 in Arkansas. His name before he changed was William Jefferson, until he changed it legally when he was fifteen years old. He attended couple of universities such as Georgetown, Oxford, and Yale. He graduated from Yale in 1973 where he obtained his law degree. He married Hillary Rodham in 1977, only a year later he became the youngest governor in a state in the United States. Bill Clinton was the 42nd president of the United States and he did his possibly two terms.
