Horseradish Informative Speech
Despite its pungent smell, horseradish is one of those plants that's packed with health benefits, such as an immune booster, aids in weight loss, lowers blood pressure, promotes better digestion and heart health, strengthens the bones,and lowers the chances of neural tube defects a lot of infants are vulnerable from. However, the most notable benefit of horseradish is that it can prevent the formation and development of cancer cells-- thanks to its high levels of glucosinolates.

That said, allow us to discuss the other health benefits that you can enjoy from horseradish, that might influence you to plant horseradish as well.
