- Public school vs. home school has been a great debate for many years. There are many pros and cons to both, my personal opinion is that public school is better for the children.
Even though the parents feel that children learn bad things if they allow the children to go to public school, I feel that children should be allowed to go to public school because children are not confined to their home all the time and the children get a chance to be social and learn how to live everyday life .

Topic of the body thesis: the parents feel that children learn bad things if they allow the kids to go to public school
- Children feel that they are independent enough to make decisions without consulting their parents when they are in public school.
- Some children get influenced by others' (wrong) behavior, and tend to follow them, forgetting about the teachings given by parents. They tend to rebel, if scolded or stopped for doing something.

- Peer pressure and bullying are regular affairs at public schools. Non-conformism and innovative thinking are not easily acceptable.
- Children get bullied if they do not want to do what everyone else is doing, or if they do not agree. Parents tend to get more aggressive unhappy children because of this

    We 're all familiar with the popular images of homeschoolers in America: Extreme fundamentalist families shutting out all other points of view. These stereotypes are touted freely by the popular media and conventional schooling experts alike. But they have little to do with the realities of homeschooling for most families today, and are rarely backed by factual data. The average home-schooled student scored “81 points higher on the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) than did the general population in 2000”.
