It is an Asia record 57th, score 4:3
The losing team Lotte Giants left one out count and turned the game.

Hi?
I am Huisung Park who is in the 4th grade of Uljin Elementary School.

Did you listen to my dream carefully?
Yes. I want to be a baseball player.

Baseball is really fun and makes me excited.
Have you ever felt the thrill when the losing game became a winning game with one hit?
Baseball player made with natural gift, but I do not think so.
I want to try my best because baseball needs steady effort. Actually, my parents do not want me to be a baseball player.

They advised me to be a professional baseball caster with my knowledge of baseball, information search ability, desirable face, and excellent foreign language using ability.

However, could the professional baseball caster know the feeling when the ball my dad threw hit exactly by the batter I swung and when nobody could catch the ball I hit and my dream flies to the sky and became home run? Could he know what it feels like?

I am on my first step to become a baseball player.
I go out to practice baseball with my family on the weekend.
My dad, mom, younger sibling (남자인지 여자인지 확실하지 않아서 이렇게 썼습니다. 혹 여동생이라면 younger sister, 남동생이라면 younger brother로 고쳐도 무방합니다) and I throw, catch, hit the ball with the bat, and divide to two teams and play baseball game. I am really happy that time.

There is a saying ‘Human cannot know the ability’s limitation without trying.’
Therefore, I will practice and study hard and become an excellent baseball player.
I might fail, but I will try again.
If I prepare well from now on, my dream can fly in the sky for home run.
Everyone!! Please, watch my dream flies in the

To play the game of baseball you have to be in great physical shape. You also need to have an exceptional amount of hand-eye coordination. Baseball is a long, grueling 182-game season. You play back to back days, double-headers, and multiple times every week. This game takes a toll on you and your body, little tweaks and injuries add together and can have a lasting effect on your performance for a long time. Not only do you have to be in great condition to play every day and remain injury free, one of the hardest things to do in all of sports is hit a baseball. Anybody can just pick up a basketball and football and learn it pretty quickly, but baseball, you could say it’s a whole different ball game. Have you ever tried to just pick up a bat and hit a ball coming 90+ Mph at you? Not only that, can you do that while the ball is traveling in different directions, coming right for you one second, then popping the catcher’s glove the next? It’s safe to say it’s not an easy task to accomplish, and unlike other sports hitting the ball 3 out of 10 times is absolutely great at the major league level. Not in any other sport can you shoot 3 out of 10 free throws, or complete 3 out of 10 passes and be considered one of the best in the league. This is one example statistically of why baseball is the hardest and most physically demanding sport to play. But wait…

“ What a beautiful day for some Dodger baseball,” Commented Vin Scully, with this legendary saying you knew that it was indeed a good day for baseball. The Commissioner of Baseball was driving down the highway on his royal blue Ferrari, casually listening to any baseball game that was on the radio. Normally a Cubs, Braves, or dodgers game is broadcasted. Thankfully the commissioner got in his car right as the first pitch was thrown. Knowing the Hall of Fame induction was tomorrow, The commissioner went out to buy an expensive and the nicest suit he could possibly find. Four hours later, Rob Manfred returned to his mansion in his white Ferrari f12. To his right was a Lamborghini Aventador and Lamborghini Huracan, to his left was a Ferrari…

Connoisseurs of America’s Pastime will immediately appreciate the colorful way renowned sports anchor Chris Berman vocally illustrates a home run. There’s probably no other single moment in a baseball game that captures fan enthusiasm than when a player ‘leaves the yard’. Of course the final out of a perfect game or no-hitter is cause for jubilation, but that rarity compared to “Back, Back, Back, – Gone”.…

    Luis Rodriguez Speech

Rodriguez’s speech means that intellect is not simply defined by going to school and getting conventionally good grades, but by the pursuit of knowledge. He means that education does not end after high school or even college, our minds should constantly be feeding and learning new things so we can continue to grow. Learning is messy, learning contains mistakes, it may look like a series of failures but if you persist you can achieve great things. Learning even looks different on everyone and that is not strange. We can become so focused on just getting by with good grades in school we can forget what an amazing opportunity we have, and when we can access to each other’s minds the possibilities are endless.…

Ruth continues with saying how he feels baseball to be the only real game in the world which is again, his opinion. Babe Ruth makes a statement next that I have heard repeated many times in my childhood “some people think if you give them a football, or a baseball, or something like that, naturally they are athletes right away. But you can’t do that in baseball.” It is his opinion that you have to grow up playing baseball in order to become any good at it. I believe there is such a thing as just being a natural at baseball. Ruth says “You have to let it grow up with you and if you’re successful, and you try hard enough, you’re bound to come out on top.” Well that is again just one fine man’s opinion. Many young men and women have played baseball their entire lives and never even made it to the minors. Sometimes hard work and dedication don’t necessarily pay off in the way we intend but everything works out for the best in the end and that is just my opinion. Babe Ruth ends his Farewell to Baseball speech by saying he is glad he had the opportunity to thank everybody for all the lovely things that had been said about him and that is a factual statement. Babe Ruth is one of America’s…

I will always remember the kids that were playing there and I think that some of those kids would go to the mlb. So me and my dad finally arrived at the ballparks and I then rolled my bag over to where my team was staying. I then slowly walked over to my team and began to greet them. My coach looked really familiar and he was bald and wearing these shaded glasses. I also remember one of the kids named Derek who went and tossed with me in the grass on one the fields we were by and every time he went up to bat he would use a wooden bat and he hit very well in each game. We then played 2 games, one against white and one against gray. It was very funny playing the white team because Johnny, Logan, and Nick were all on that team (they used to be on the same team). Anyway, my team did well and we won against white team but lost to the gray team. I was ⅗ as an average in each game. So now on to the exciting part. The very next day, there were these challenges that everybody did called Golden Arm, Base Running, and the Homerun Derby. I decided to do the Golden Arm and the Base Running. In the base running, I didn’t do so well (the guy in first was a minute faster than me), but in the Golden Arm, that is a different story. So basically you had to stand in front of the mound and…

It is the bottom of the ninth and I was last at bat. The ball came zooming towards me at a high rate of speed. The vibration of metal meeting leather rang out in my hands. No hesitation was made. I dropped the bat and ran as fast as I could to first base. My coach was telling me to keep going because the ball was fumbled. I rounded third base and my coach motioned for me to take it home with a slide. Down I went. Dust was flying. The crowd was standing and cheering loudly as the referee motions and yells, “Safe!” All I heard was screaming as dust still loomed the air around me. I could manage to see my team going wild, jumping, and screaming. Everyone seemed to be celebrating except me.…

I got to my team's field and saw the perfectly chalked batter's box and baselines. I went into to the dugout and saw the lineup and I was batting first! I had the same excitement in this moment as I do every time I get a king size crunch bar on Halloween. I started to warm up and I felt good. Game Time was coming up but it felt like forever. I was getting the feeling that you get when you put a hot pocket in the microwave and your are waiting for that very very long minute. The ump told us to go to the dugouts and we knew it was game time. I got my helmet and batting gloves on and grabbed my bat. I took a couple swings in the on deck circle then I stepped into the batter's box. I swung at the first pitch and heard a sweet pop off my bat and watched my line drive hit land in front of the centerfield man and I was on first base with a leadoff single. All the nervous energy I had was…

Everyone was watching nervously at the stands. All my teammates were eager yet nervous. I was up next and my coach calls me up to bat with two girls on first and third base. My legs were shaking as I went up to the plate. The score is eight to ten with two outs and the pressures on me. He explained to me what I had bring everyone to home plate. Ting! My bat struck the ball and it landed all the way in the outfield. All of my other teammates were cheering inside the dugout. All three of us sprinted as fast as we could to home plate. They both made it to home and I slide onto home plate. I made the home run! Everyone in the dugout came running onto the field with huge smile on their faces chanting, “We won! We won!” My coach shook my helmet and patted my back. Coach was so excited and happy for us. He was the one who made this team so successful.…
