Normally a Cubs, Braves, or dodgers game is broadcasted. Thankfully the commissioner got in his car right as the first pitch was thrown. Knowing the Hall of Fame induction was tomorrow, The commissioner went out to buy an expensive and the nicest suit he could possibly find. That idea what to induct all of the nominees since they are all legends. Vin thought he would nominate Sandy Koufax if anyone but the choices were difficult. Such legends made it nearly impossible to pick. Undoubtedly, Scully would make a wise decision.

At the ceremony, Scully met Rob in a back room to discuss the options he had. Minutes later, the two men walked on stage with Pee Wee Reese, Babe Ruth, Frank Robinson, Jackie Robinson, Sandy Koufax, and Cal Ripken Jr, seated besides the podium. “ Now i realize that we had a little mixup the first time around, but i promise you all that there will not be another mix up like that again,” Rob Manfred stated, “ now a warm welcome to Vin

At one minute after midnight, the Red Sox closed out the Yankees 10-3 in Game 7 when Ruben Sierra grounded out to second base. Nothing whacky happened. No ball through someone's legs, no errant throw, no sudden breeze from the supposed ghosts of Yankee Stadium. Just a simple throw by Pokey Reese to first and the Red Sox were the American League champions.…

Ralph Terry may be best known for giving up the home run to Bill Mazeroski in 1960 that allowed the Pittsburg Pirates to win the World Series, but many fail to see that he was also the MVP in the 1962 World Series and went on to have a great career in the golf world. The book Right Down the Middle written by Ralph Terry himself along with John Wooley writes out Ralph’s life from growing up in Oklahoma as a child up to him being a professional golfer on the Senior PGA Tour. The book also gives a very neat perspective as to what the overall baseball system was like and how the Yankees operated during their “Golden Age” of baseball. Over the course of this review I will give some of the stories that I thought were interesting and for the first story I will write about the way contracts were debated…
