CCIB received a complaint via phone call from Jessica Gonzales (Parent) regarding Gema Gonzales (2)(DOB 11/14/2014) and ACADEMY OF PALM DESERT COMM. PRESBY. CHURCH. RP stated in early February 2017 Gema fell at school and in the aftermath had a bump on her forehead and a black eye the day after. RP stated that the incident happened on a Monday and but didn’t take Gema to her doctor until Wednesday. RP stated she took Gema to the doctor, because she was vomiting and sleeping a lot. RP stated that the doctor said that Gema possibly had a concussion. RP mentioned when she picked up Gema from daycare the day of the incident, she asked what happened to Gema and no one knew what happened. RP stated that she never received a report or even found out
