Hoboken, New Jersey: A Community Analysis
This community assessment examines the demographic, socioeconomic, political, and trends of health in the Township of Hoboken, New Jersey. These essential features are evaluated to determine the combined repercussions on the community’s health. Through this assessment, we also explored the community’s healthcare strengths and weaknesses in an effort to heighten the community’s health. Subsequently, we created a nursing care plan to address the suggested weaknesses of Hoboken’s community.
