Hi Yvette, I believe you have a great neighborhood community experience, your explanation of a community totally make sense to me. Indeed, a community needs trust, helping hand and a sense of security, otherwise many people will not be deciding to join a community. Besides the blood-related family, a community is pretty much like a second home for its members. Therefore, the members of a community are usually able to relate and communicate among themselves. Personally, I like those passionate/enthusiastic and positive members in a community because they make a community stays competitive, expanding and furtherance of the knowledge. Yvette, what is your suggestion for a newbie in a community? Do you think he/she should be actively offering help
