Hi Natalie,
I can relate with your communication assessment. I don’t communicate the same with everyone. This is due to the level of respect, education, familiarity or authority that person holds. I’ve learned throughout the years that not every conversation needs a reply. Also, some are intimidated by your education and feel belittled during a conversation. I tend to make small talk and keep it simple.
