Hebrew Clothing Research

The Hebrews had different types of clothing. First of all, they used linen, cloth, wool, and skin for different types of clothing (Ancient Civilization pg. 217). For example, the hebrews used linen to make sandals (Exodus 26:36). However in Deuteronomy 22:11 it says if they wanted to make some clothing they couldn't combine wool and linen. The Hebrews usually used linen, wool, and skin for clothing (Leviticus 13:48). Second of all, Ancient Hebrew men wore different clothing than women(Ancient Civilization pg.217). Another example is that the hebrews werent allowed to combin different fabrics. Hebrew men wore tunics made of linen, in the cold they wore wool or sheep skin cloaks. They also wore sandals, and caps or tubans on thier heads.
