Grinch: Santa Claus and Everybody

Meanwhile, Across Town... Narrator: Meanwhile, across town... Everybody: Every Who Down in Who-ville Liked Christmas a lot... Student 1: But the Grinch, Who lived just north of Who-ville, 1/2 Class: DID 1/2 Class: NOT! Everybody: The Grinch hated Christmas! The whole Christmas season! Now, please don't ask why. No one quite knows the reason. Student 2: It could be his head wasn't screwed on just right. Student 3: It could be, perhaps, that his shoes were too tight. Student 4: But I think that the most likely reason of all Everybody: May have been that his heart was two sizes too small. Everybody: BUT! Student 5: Whatever the reason, Student 6: His heart or his shoes, Student 7: He stood there on Christmas Eve, Everybody: Hating the Whos, Boys: Staring down from his cave with a sour, Grinchy frown At the warm lighted windows below in their town. Girl: For he knew every Who down in Who-ville beneath Was busy now, hanging a mistletoe wreath. Boys (Grinch): "And they're hanging their stockings!" Girls: He snarled with a sneer. Boys (Grinch): "Tomorrow is Christmas! It's practically here!" Girls: Then he growled, with his Grinch fingers nervously drumming, Boys (Grinch): "I MUST find some way to stop Christmas from coming!" Everybody: For, Tomorrow, he knew... Everybody: ..All the Who Girls: Girls Everybody: and Boys: Boys Everybody: Would wake bright and early. They'd rush for their toys! And then! Oh, the noise! Oh, the Noise! Noise! Noise! Noise! Student 8: That's one thing he hated! Everybody: The NOISE! NOISE! NOISE! NOISE! Everybody: And THEN They'd do something He liked least of all! Student 9: Every Who down in Who-ville,
