In the novel The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald many themes are presented. One of the themes is society and class that is represented throughout the book where it mostly takes place. One of the motifs that are represented is parties that the characters go to. This connects to the theme because it delivers the sense that the society and class only attend.
