“Nurse Jacintha Saldanha committed suicide after being publicly humiliated for violating the royal familys privacy. The Further Adventures of Will and Kate, that popular long-running entertainment, took an extremely dark turn last week when Jacintha Saldanha, a nurse involved in Kate’s care at the King Edward VII Hospital, committed suicide after being sucked in by a sophomoric ruse” (The Daily Beast).
Jacintha’s suicide is a perfect example for why public humiliation is wrong. She could not live with the guilt and knowing everyone around the world knew of her mistake.
