Golden Age Characteristics
When a period in time is considered classical it usually has a lot of major accomplishments. A golden age usually lasts over many generations and affects future ones to.

India has demonstrated a lot of characteristics of a golden age. Asoka both had a tolerance for other people’s religions which would be an advancement in politics. India had also made advancements in Math because they created a zero number system which is known as Arabic numerals. In art they set the standard for a lot of sculptors by making temples out of stone instead of wood. India had many other accomplishments in technology, astronomy and science. All these characteristics demonstrate a classical civilization.
