Gloria Benford fulfills her expectations for this rating period. Gloria is very knowledgeable in her duties as SOSA. This rating period, Gloria took on the task of organizing the deceased files by year and participant’s last name by the deadline given to her. Gloria purged files this year according to her alphabetic load. Gloria completed the task of uploading a backlog of loose paperwork this rating period. Gloria has been doing a very good job of transferring Juaniata’s phone that receives the Class I Hotline calls to her phone, answering calls from CRU, notifying the On Call worker, and emailing the On Call workers, On Call supervisor and clerical staff in a timely manner in Juaniata’s absence. No problems have been reported. Gloria is familiar with the policies and procedures of the agency. Gloria is responsible for training new clerical staff and new H & I staff on how to handle agent line calls. Gloria is knowledgeable of all the web based systems used to complete her tasks. Gloria handles case record requests when received according to her alphabetic load. Gloria has been responsible for handling incoming faxes, incoming and outgoing mail, and organizing expense reports. Gloria understands the importance of confidentiality …show more content…
Gloria will ask questions if needed and will let her supervisor know if there are concerns. Gloria volunteered to work overtime on a special project this rating period. Gloria has completed all of the necessary on-line trainings, including Security Mentor trainings and the Skills Assessment Survey as directed. During this rating period, Gloria has participated in the SOSA’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) meetings with the other Region 3 SOSAs. Gloria seeks out the necessary information necessary to assist her in her daily work when needed. Gloria has met most of the above objectives for this rating
