Global Warming and Green House Effect
GLOBAL WARMING AND GREEN HOUSE EFFECT – HOW CAN WE STOP THEM ?

The greenhouse effect occurs when certain gases in the atmosphere trap infrared radiation whereas
Global warming refers to an increase in the average temperature of the Earth as a result of the greenhouse effect.
Burning fossil fuels raises the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, and it is a major contributor to the greenhouse effect and global warming.
We can help to reduce the demand for fossil fuels, which in turn reduces global warming, by using energy more wisely.
The most important and useful way is Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
We should do our part to reduce waste by choosing reusable products instead of disposables. Buying products with minimum packaging will help to reduce waste.
Planting more and more trees is another useful way by which we can control global warming and green house effect.
Because carbon dioxide is the most important greenhouse gas, planting trees and other plants can slow the rate of global warming. Plants take in carbon dioxide and release oxygen.
Another way is by reducing the use of fossil fuels.
To reduce the use of fossil fuels we should use less energy, or use alternative, nonpolluting energy sources like solar and wind power.
We should Conserve water because it reduces the amount of energy used.
One effective way is by Driving less and Driving Smart
Less driving means fewer emissions. Besides saving gasoline, walking is a great form of exercise.
We can use carpool or the public transport rather travelling on our own vehicles.
We should buy Energy Efficient Resources
Home appliances now come in a range of energy-efficient models, and compact florescent bulbs provide more natural-looking light while using far less energy than standard light bulbs.
We should use the “off” switch.
We should Save electricity and reduce global warming by turning off lights and electronics whenever we are not using them
And at the end I would like to say that

In order to reducing gasoline, we have to recycle our garbage. Recycle can reduce garbage such as plastic bags, bottles, papers or glass. For instance, when we buy foods, we can use our own containers instead of plastic bags. Another example is after finish drinking the water from the bottle; we can reuse it or use our own bottle. If all this is being reuse, human can reduce deforestation and help save environment. Besides, turn off electricity if unused. It can save thousands of carbon dioxide and buy product that have energy saving because it saves cost and save environment.…

There are many ways to conserve natural resources, all we need to do is look around and find a way to minimize the usage of natural resource that we using everyday. For example, turn off the lights when we leave the house; minimize the waste produced by buying less packaged goods and reusable products, and recycling. These are little things we can do to help, and these does not take much effort to do; however, if everybody does the same, we can still make that difference. In the big picture, we can consider using more renewable natural resources such as hydro-power and solar-power. These energy resources are the best ways to conserve natural resource such as fossil fuel. Fortunately, many energy conservative products have been invented: hybrid or electric cars and energy-efficient home appliances. These are the reflections of people’s concern towards the natural resources depletion. On the whole, we need to start do our share to conserve the energy and resource as part of our responsibility to the natural…

We as humans can do our part personally to contribute in energy conservation and helping to sustain the environment through using more energy efficient appliances which can be a bit costly at first but will save energy, the environment, and ourselves money in the long run. We as consumers can purchase compact fluorescent light bulbs that use less energy and last longer than incandescent light bulbs. And the next time you’re looking to purchase a new vehicle that is fuel efficient like a hybrid car which combines gasoline engines and electric motors. I think knowledge is power when it comes to each person doing their part so feel free to engage in more research on…

By increasing the use of fossil fuels we are not only making this world running out of fossil fuels but also it has a negative impact on environment. Every drop of fossil fuel we use emits carbon dioxide in the environment. Increasing the amount of carbon dioxide in the environment is the cause of global warming, which is one of the major problem we are facing today. This global warming results in the climate change and due to climate changes so many species are endangered today. Instead of making ourselves more and more depended on these fossil fuels, we need to focus more on alternative energy resources. Instead of getting a huge big car we should prefer to buy a small hybrid car which gives good mileage. By doing this we will not only save fossil fuel and will save our environment as well. We live in highly industrialized country in the world. This country has a higher wastage rate than the other countries in the world. It has a little or no emphasis on pollution prevention, recycling, reuse, reduction of unnecessary waste and other form of conservation. Resource consumption and energy use is highest in the US than in any other country. US has 5% of the world population and its consumption is 30% of the world's natural resources. We need to focus on this human system in…

Take a moment to think about the amount of energy that you, just a miniscule one human-being on this earth out of billions, use each and every day. Simple tasks that each human does at every little moment use up a sufficient amount of energy: turning a light on in your house, driving to school or work, or using air conditioning to cool your house. Unfortunately, this energy releases massive amounts of carbon dioxide emissions on to the earth. The amount of carbon dioxide that we are releasing using the energy that we are is harmful to the earth and to future generations; our future relatives could be in danger because of this. It’s important for the future generations and the future of our earth that we are careful with the energy that we use each day, and this is why it’s important that we revolutionize to a world that is power-driven by things such as wind, solar, and geothermal energy.…

It is important to promote usage of clean renewable resources as an alternative to burning fossil fuels. Advances in technology have allowed us to have multiple types of energy resources at our disposal. It is important for us to learn how to use these renewable resources for all of our needs for energy. This kind of change is something that must be promoted by authoritative figures such as the president. Another way to reduce the release of black carbon into the atmosphere is by reducing the amount of fossil fuels you burn everyday. You can do this by walking to closer locations, or car-pooling and taking public transportation. This is a kind of change that is simple and should incorporated into everyone’s everyday lives.…
