I will analyze the other restaurants strengths and weaknesses and incorporate the good, while rooting out the bad. The quality, service, and cleanliness of the restaurant will play a huge role on how I plan my restaurant to be. The way I plan will be a huge benefactor in the ultimate success of my business.

The second step would be to organize. Smooth management requires great organizational skills. One task I would need to accomplish is organizing a way to attract customers to my restaurant. In order to attract customers, I will organize a grand opening event and offer great discounts to my
