Did you know fidget spinners also known as “fidget therapy”? This toy is used for kids that have autism spectrum and those that have attention difficulty. Over time the fidget spinners became “THE NEW BIG DEAL” which started to affect even adult on their daily living and also this became a real distraction to the students in school. They have prohibited the use of the fidget spinners during school hours. Therapist have said they can work if used correctly and not as a toy but as a therapy resource. Fidget spinners aren’t for everyone or it shouldn’t be sold to everyone. The fidget spinner has a good purpose if used correctly.
Should parents let their children to take a fidget spinner to school due to the distraction it may cause during school?

Adult are struggling just as much as a student because of it becoming a distraction during their work hours. Some adults were buying this toy for them because it seemed very interesting since every kid said that. Many adults look for ways to handle their anxiety which the fidget spinners help manage it. Mark Ventura said, “That when he won the fidget spinner at work he couldn’t leave without he couldn’t leave without it inside of his pocket because it was being part of his routine.” (Ventura, 2017, para.4,6). While Mark was at work answering phone calls he potentially has it out and he would be spinning it. Martin, Is the age of 46, he found out about the fidget spinners due to his 9 years old son which he started to collect them in April. (Martin, 2017, para.11).
