Fairfax is a unique community with much to offer those considering relocation to the gorgeous Marin County town. The town's motto “Only in Fairfax” seems especially true for many who consider the town to be their one and only home.

The small-town way of life, the non-existent traffic, and the thirty minute commute are especially appealing for those looking to leave behind the hustle and bustle of life in nearby San Francisco.

The small town of 7,500 is not seeing many new developments. Today, much of Fairfax's planning is related to remodels and lofty hillside abodes. For more information about homes for sale in Fairfax, contact Denise Athas
