Both of us are all Helix’s employees, and we work in different team and come from different regions. Before we discuss today’s topic, I would like to announce the meeting ground rules in order to make this meeting more efficient and encourage open communication. I would also briefly introduce the background of Helix Inc. And let everyone have a basic understanding for Helix’s current situation. Ground rules:

I think brainstorming is a good way to gather information from each participant. Everyone can use brainstorming to get as more as possible communication issues at this process. I think this method can reduce conflicts and make the meeting run smoothly. Question to start the process step:
