Designing
There is much to be considered when designing or producing a scheme of work. Every individual is different and we all have our own strengths and weaknesses. To create a comfortable environment is essential as it makes the learner feel at ease. Good lighting and average temperature are just two of the main settings that would be considered.
Resources are also important and we have to identify the correct ones to use.

Inducting a learner in the correct way is essential. It is the duty of a teacher or tutor to inform learners of health and safety, fire evacuation procedures, the qualification they gain, and learning time-scale and most importantly, they have to be provided the correct paperwork.
