The metaparadigm concepts of nursing are person, health, environment and nursing. Person refers to individual from families, communities and populations who are the recipients of care, including physical, spiritual, psychological and sociocultural components. Good health is state of being well and care access that a patient has. Health covers a person's lifespan and the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual well-being. If an imbalance occurs in this factor person might get the diseases. In ANA definition, environment aspect focuses on the surrounding that affects the patient.
