Explain The General Model For Developing Military Leaders
1. The general model used for developing our military leaders consists of a combination of professional military education, training, and experience, along with mentoring and self-development. In order to become a relevant and effective Soldier you must complete your required Military Education, PME is designed to produce agile and adaptive thinkers capable of leading our forces and protecting the lives and property of Texas Citizens. The TXARNG is one of the most highly respected and trusted institutions in Texas. Our enlisted Soldiers must display the attributes and competencies of a professional Soldier. Completing your required PME is one of those attributes and competencies.
