The way the social worker can assist others is by helping them assets their own biases for any particular group and making them be aware about them. Making them see that as pure they think they are, we all have biases. Another way is by making them learn about other cultures, races and beliefs. The beauty of human nature is that everyone is diverse. They cannot be in a bubble and hold abhorrence for things or people they do not know anything about.
