• Completeness: Email must contain all the desired contents. Write Proper Paragraphs & leave spaces between Paragraph
*Conciseness(Brevity): Start with the content directly. Do not try to bring in unwanted message. A professional mail should be short and precise. It should not be too much of descriptive and lengthy. It should be neat and crisp.The principle should be few words & more meaning.

*Correctness: It implies factual truth of the statements being made. ALWAYS check your grammar NEVER use slang/ text speak.
*Email should have correct tone,attitude & positive thinking. Negative words should not be used openly and the same meaning should be covered under positive words. Some common words are used “apologies” instead of “sorry”.Never mention as, you are unable to do anything. You can mention as, we are expecting a delay.
*Choose the appropriate closing.Formal emails often end with”Regards” or “Best Regards”.
