Theoretical orientation: This can also mean ways that counselors practice. Different theoretical orientations tend to emphasize different values, such as rationality, individual autonomy, spirituality, and so on. For you, what are the links between your values and moral position, and the theories of counseling that have meaning for you?
The values are the most important thing in my life. First, values are the foundation of society, in which a parent, teacher, religion and society gives to people when they are in their childhood. Also values are essentials, they cannot be disputed because they are part of people’s consciousness. Also when I need to take a decision about a difficult situation, I think first in my values to do the right thing.
The my colleague’s value don’t inferred for me in my work because I right about which are my values and time an take my decision about it. Also some people do everything thought about our values, and sometime they don’t take it when they decide to get anything that they want. When I decide to work for any company I looking about the option and the rules in this place because if these institutions not have the same values for any body and right values this is not a good election work ovether. In other hand, when my work is a volunteer is a work of help people I don’t need a pay because I decide work so, If I need a pay I try to find another job because the volunteer is helping everybody is when someone like help people. I believe that, I don’t have money to pay and they need the help I appreciate a work with them like volunteer to help there a find a good way to continue your life. I am a religious person, but doesn’t. Matter work for any company. Because the people are special human beings and everyone need help and very one person need a same opportunity.
