Essay On Racial Equality
There has always been a heated debate over racism. Lots of debaters, authors and experts have engaged in global discussions about this controversial issue whom have been either proponents or opponents of this public concern. While it may seem that the debate has resulted in racial equality there is still a large amount of evidence proving that racial equality has not become global and not all people agree on the real racial equality of humans.
As once H. G. Wells said, “Our true nationality is mankind.” we are all human beings who are equal in soul, but in order to be able to widespread this belief and to promote racial equality actively, there are many policies that have to be pursued by every individual in the society.

Approach to this policy requires that, in the first place, people become concerned about racial inequality itself then attempt to enhance their knowledge about the entire matter. Consequently, becoming conscientious will lead people to act more cautiously about racism and its after effects. When choosing individuals for available opportunities within different sectors of society, their race should never be a disadvantage to them obtaining that specific role.
Finally, we should endeavor to publicize racial equality most importantly by pursuing all the cited policies above. This step plays a great role in active promotion of racial equality and should be taken seriously as it is the most apparent approach to the policy. Thus it is awareness, advertising and education that play a significant role.
All these mentioned policies should be considered by both society and by people in authority. These policies may seem to overlap in some cases, however everyone should think through them independently. By pursuing these major policies, racial equality will improve actively. After all, human beings must accept that they derived from the same beginning as each other, regardless of their race and undeniably have the same
