Essay On Pros And Cons For Gun Control

How would you feel if someone came into your house and told you that you had to give them your gun, your self defence, and your right as a citizen of the United States of America. I would feel like my rights don't matter and America has lost more of what it promised to be. This is what could happen to America if it submits to Gun Control. Gun Control is unconstitutional and precedes the limits that used to be more prevalent in the government.

Before we show my opinion let's show the pros and cons of both sides. Pros of gun control is less gun violence. Another would be the possible availability of guns being reduced. I personally feel like these pros could also go to the con side if you think of it differently. A few cons would be that people would lack the protection of a gun. I feel like gun control is unfair and unconstitutional. There are many people that want to enforce gun control, but that would break the one thing that we have always said and believed in which is that the constitution will never be changed . It was made to never have to be changed and to be able to ADD amendments as that time changes, but the amendments are not supposed to be changed. It was made that way for a reason and if we break that rule that one time people will feel like we can change any amendment in the constitution. That would be a huge problem, but that's just my opinion and you can think anyway you want. Another problem I have with gun control is the fact that if a stronger guy attacks someone smaller they probably won't be able to overpower them and may need a gun to defend himself, and I understand there are other ways but even without guns people may use a knife and you also can kill someone with a knife. And when knife violence increases the people will want to start blade control. All i’m saying is that bad people always will be able to do bad
