During the course Operation Management our team was assigned to produce a report of based on the “IT as competitive weapon” is the need of industry and implementation.

During the collection and analysis of data, we didn’t face any problem while acquiring the related information, so due to that factor we have completed our report in time.

This report will definitely create a better understanding about the topic and their implementation in a real life scenario.
