1. Executive Summary
Today, peoples are nearly everywhere becoming more aware of and better informed about climate, energy, and sustainability. Also be no exception it is becoming baked into our educational systems, our laws, and our cultural institutions, and will only further deepen the understanding that people have of the issues and the many ways of dealing with the environmental crisis that confronts us. This awareness is reflected in many polls. Most populations in the major economies that account for 80 percent of greenhouse gas emissions have a high level of awareness. So, it is beyond doubt why more and more countries, environmentalists and peoples started pay more attention to the climate in the world. Climate change is a global challenge that requires a long-term global solution in order to avoid environmental, social and economic dislocation. Greenhouse gases cause damage both within and also well outside the country in which they occur. Once emitted into the atmosphere, their impact is substantial and long-lasting, for both developed and developing economies. The adverse consequences of climate change, which will last for generations and will require fundamental shifts in consumer and business behavior. Tourism is an industry that depends upon the natural environment, and as a climate sensitive sector, tourism might be highly affected by global climate change due to changes of temperatures, rainfall, wind speed and storm etc. For the tourism, climate change is not a remote event, but the phenomenon ‎that already affects the ‎sector and certain destinations, ‎mountains, regions and coastal destinations. At the same ‎time, the tourism sector is contributing to greenhouse gas emissions, especially through the transport of tourists. And then the stakeholders have a particular interest and concern as to how the policies that are being developed to slow down the impacts of climate change on their operations.

2. Introduction
This report is for Operation & Environment Management, which more focuses on the environment influencing hospitality industry. This report is manly composed by several parts: first, Cause and effect of climate change, in this part I will brief description, and then analysis the mainly cause and effect of climate change. Second is about “Cap & Trade” in Australian, and how effects the Tourism. Third is Environmental Analysis of My Industry Placement Hotel. Last one is brief the current financial crises effects on environmental operation for my industry placement hotel and how they are deal with the situation.

3. Cause and effect of climate change on the world
3.1 What is climate change
The climate can be described as the average weather over a period of time. Climate change means a significant change in the measures of climate, such as temperature, rainfall, or wind, lasting for an extended period – decades or longer.
