English 1 Reflection

Education has been an important aspect of our lives because we need education to be literate to survive in this competitive world. In our English 1A class, we were required to gloss over the prompts before we create an outline for the essay. In these essays, we had to explain the how, why, and speculate to write three to four pages in MLA format. The prompts require us to think outside the box, and make speculations. In this class, we went over the wonder of education, informing oppositions, and interesting quotes that ties into the lectures. Throughout our English 1A class, I considered informing oppositions, compound sentences, and periodic sentences of real value because we use these lessons to write essays like an argumentative essay for a communication class.

There are many informing oppositions in this world like good and evil. In the beginning, I learned about macrocosm of the universe and the microcosm of self are the informing opposition of each other.
