email effect on the way people communicate
It is undeniable that the use of email has had a tremendous effect on the way people communicate at work and in their daily lives. Some people claim that not all of the effects of this innovation have been positive; nevertheless, there are clearly some advantages.
Many argue that email in the workplce causes extra work and stress. This is the a result of employees often receiving more messages than thay can answer in a workday and thay facce pressure to reply promptly. Another weakness of email is that it may reduce a person’s privacy. For instance, hacking a person’s business email is not uncommon and even government security systems are sometimes unable to stop it. Moreover, email also increases the risk of viruses entering into a person’s computer through incoming email.
Despite these negative effectd, it can also be said that email has brought significant benefis. For instance, it is a fast and easy way to communicate with family, friends, and colleagues wherever they are in the world. In fact, email also allows a person to send photos, pictures, and even audio and visual files at a low cost, but with high commication, and because it is cheap it is becoming commonplace.
In sum, while there are certainly drawbacks and benefits to this technology, it cannot be denied that email helps make people’s lives happier. Its efficiency and ease of use has, essentially, made great improvements on the way many peopledo business or stay in touch with loved ones. Therefore, I think the advantages of email are far greater than the shortcomings.

At work I use email on a daily basis, whether that be reading emails or sending them. Safety is one of the most important aspects of any job. It is important to stay safe and respect others when using email. If I don’t use email correctly I could quite easily see myself passing confidential information to the wrong people and end up in a difficult situation. To stop myself from sending emails to the wrong people I should always double check an email address before sending an email. This will stop me from ever being put in that difficult situation of sending a confidential email to the wrong person. I should also always try to encrypt confidential when possible in case information somehow does go to the wrong person. I could also accidently spread a virus on a computer system via questionable emails. If I ever receive a suspicious email I send it to my junk email and report it straight away. A suspicious email may ask me to click a link to a website that could spread a virus around the computer system and network. Another way to stay safe when using email is avoid misuse of images. When I am working on a task to crop…
