Everything started by volunteering in an elementary school, I thought it was just a normal job but no, it has become a passion to me. Seeing how people do their best to identify students’ academic strengths and weaknesses at early age. Since then, being like those people has been a goal to accomplish. And thanks to some books such as “American Educational Research Journal” and “elementary teachers from African American teens discuss their elementary teachers.” That have taught people the importance and value of being a professional tutor is exiting to read other people experiences and point of view. One of the first details mentioned, is discussing teachers requirement to became an elementary teacher which require to complete continuing education credits, known as CEUs, to maintain their credential or license. The second and most important detail is to know what are the responsibility of being an elementary teacher whether are inside and outside the class room. An elementary teacher is a professional person that works on the value of early childhood education and are interested in teaching a broad range of academic subjects. The fate of children, their schools, and their teachers are based on these school test scores. The idea of education has always been to give a extensive base of learning to students. Schools are required to give young minds exposure to reading, writing, and arithmetic. As students get older, the information taught should build on this base to expand learning to history, advanced math, science, and other academic pursuits. What has historically separated a vocational education from a college prep course of study is the inclusion of the many small details that would never appear as a question on a standardized test.
