Adopting the change is not the end, because there must be a balance and a further investigation into the utility of the change process (Bennett M, 2003). Refreeze is done to make sure that the changes continue; and are incorporated into everyday practice creating a sense of stability. In doing this, the SHV ensured that the change was implemented and sustained without regression of staff to old habit which is line with Lewin (1951) refreezing stage. There was also to involvement of the team leader at this stage to offer support to ensure that new practices and attitudes are adhered to (NCRD 1999).
Evaluation
The project has highlighted that change can be successful with the three main dimensions which are a project plan, change theories and an effective leadership style at the beginning of the change .This enabled the team to be more receptive and respond

Poor communication can affect the responsibility and quality of a change agent (Cubbon, 2000). Identifying the right leadership model can at times be a challenge for the change agents. However, using different elements of the leadership styles such as transactional and transformational allowed the writer to address the both the driving forces and the resisting forces in dealing in the challenges and empower the team to won the project. Post natal depression is an illness which has a negative health impact on both the child and the mother and needs to be addressed as an urgent public health need. This has increased the knowledge base of the SHV and understanding of change management and leadership from a novice to an advanced beginner (Benner, 1984). In alignment with clinical competence model to be able to lead and ensure that care is given at the highest standard using evidence base practice.

People with severe conditions will have to wait for long time before the nurses can attend them, which could result in either death or other serious condition since most of the operations that saves a person's life happens in a millisecond.     The ability to change and adapt is extremely important for any organization to reach its full potential. Influencing people to change is more dependent on showing them a truth that influences their feelings, rather than shifting their thinking (Kotter & Cohen, 2002, p. 1).
