1) Social Media Marketing
What it is:
Social media marketing refers to the process of gaining website traffic or attention through social media sites. Today it is the WORD OF THE MOUSE that is creating business. Due to this, Social media has become a platform which increases communication for organizations, fosters brand awareness and often, improved customer service. Additionally, social media serves as a relatively inexpensive platform for organizations to implement marketing campaigns. What it gives:
This workshop will give the participants an hands on knowledge on how to use Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, Instagram, Blogs, Linkedin, Yelp etc for not just social networking but as a marketing vehicle to foster your business.
What it takes: • Interest in gaining knowledge of the use of different tools on the net. • Interest in application of the knowledge for business and other uses.

2) Entertainment Marketing
What it is:
Entertainment Marketing is one of the fastest growing elements within the marketing mix today. It helps create an emotional connection with your target audiences, keeping your brand relevant and generating tremendous results. The key to successful entertainment marketing programs lies in the relevance and connection between the brand and the entertainment proposition your target audience is passionate about. You see entertainment marketing is not limited to one specific method; it is a form of marketing that includes many different strategies and techniques.
What it gives:
Students will gain knowledge of techniques used in current advertising, including print, broadcast, and digital media. The student will know the importance of marketing as well as the functions of marketing.
