The program that I currently work for uses the assessment tool Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (ECERS-R) which is designed to assess process quality in an early childhood (UNC). My first question is does the program you currently work for implementing the ECERS-R assessment tool? My second question is are you familiar with the ECERS-R assessment tool? ECERS-R helps programs provide care and education that “permits children to experience high quality and develop their abilities” (UNC).
