People in high self-esteem claim to be more likable and attractive, to have better relationships, and to make better impressions on others than people with low self-esteem, but objective measures disconfirm most of these beliefs. Narcissists are charming at first but tend to alienate others eventually. Self-esteem has not been shown to predict the quality or duration of relationships. Self-esteem has a strong relationship to happiness and also to cheating.

In proportion to Calampinay (2012), Supervision is one of the important aspects in classroom management. The management function of an organization contributes much to the continuing productivity and self-preservation of teachers when they could be high achievers in school with high prestige among them. It is recognize that an ultimate function of the school administrator is giving technical assistance for effective classroom management of teachers.
The Teaching of Good Manners and Right Conduct. According to Vergel (2012), Discuss the difference between fantasy and reality. Do not make your child feel guilty about lying. Children this age do not have the intellectual skills to see why it is wrong. Praise your child for telling the truth. Your toddler will realize the importance of honesty and feel safe in telling the truth, he will develop a habit of being honest to you. These were indeed the golden days in this Pearl of the Orient Seas of Dr.Jose Rizal, the days when Good Manners and Right Conduct was a valued subject in our education system, that our current distinguished and highly educated are sorely neglecting even as we are in the heraided era of Philippines

However in other countries cheating also exist as Lanier (2006) said, “The literature on academic integrity documents have several recurrent findings.”. This shows the percentage of those admitting to copying from classmate doubled to 52 percent, those reported having helped another student cheat jumped to 37 percent from 23 percent, and the use of crib notes in test and exam settings increased to over a quarter from 16

    When one is trying to attract a desired sex partner, their self esteem could determine how successful they are. Depending on the individuals level of self esteem they would be more or less likely to approach a possible mate. When determining the number of sex partners a person has had it is important to observe the level of self esteem of the individual in relation to the amount of partners they have supposedly slept with. A research study was done that observed males and females in their desire to possess socially desired traits. They used video tape recordings of individuals with various self esteem types and had the individuals speak to the camera as if trying to “pick up” on their desired sex partner. The study found that self esteem did not play a role in ones presentation of oneself. When asked to physically act out the desired roles and traits individuals claimed to have, self esteem did play apart in the individuals behaving accordingly to how they described themselves.
