Doxorubicin as positive control
The positive control of doxorubicin will be the positive control in comparison to our sample chitosan. It wil be carried in various concentration such as 25ug/mL, 12.5ug/mL, 6.25ug/mL, 3.125ug/mL, the visible color will represent cell death. However, DMSO or the negative control group will exhibit a color of brownish purple color which will imply the living cells.
4. Statistical Analysis One way analysis of variance (ANOVA) will be used, and the mean comparison will be performed by Duncan’s test. Statistical analysis will be carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) statistic program (version 11.0) for windows. Means will be accepted as significantly different at 95% level (P>0.05)
